Event Participation
Participation in Rarehouse Exchange events is subject to venue rules, vendor policies, and applicable local laws. RHX reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications.
Vendor Requirements
Vendors must maintain valid liability insurance for the duration of their approved application period. Changes to business identity or insurance may require re-submission.
Liability
Participants attend events at their own risk. RHX, venue partners, and sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods except as required by law.
Content & Conduct
RHX promotes a family-friendly event community. Harassment, counterfeit goods, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from events.
